PAN application where the text , photo and signature appear to be filled electronically i.e. printed text and scanned photo and signature should not be accepted.

UTIITSL is going ahead with MAC Address implementation from 15th July 2019 onwards. Accordingly VLEs may access to the Application through the specific Machines only for transactions. To continue with the smooth functioning of the services arrange to download the package at your systems and follow the installation manual.

Kindly note that , Income Tax Official may visit your PAN Center for Inspection / Verification of process of Acceptance/forwarding of PAN application . Your cooperation is solicited in this regard.


Security Measures as per Information Security Management System :-- The suggested security measures that need to be followed and be complied with under Information Security Management System standards. Download this compliance report and filled up with the last 2 columns viz. Compliance and Remarks (if any). In case if you are not complying with certain security measures yet and have mentioned "No", you should offer their proposed date of implementation in the "Remarks" column. Please note: The facility of Biometric authentication of applicant's AADHAAR using the following devices is being enabled for your Centre. If you possess any of these devices, kindly install and keep them enabled/active for allowing the "fingerprint" biometric facility directly at your Centre itself.
Amendment in field "Details of Parents" in Form49A
Fingerprint Biometric facility is enabled using: Mantra Device (MFS100), Morpho Device (MSO1300E2) ,TATVIK (TMF20)
(Other devices will immediately be added in this list once tested successfully for live use)

To run the device successfully for Aadhaar Biometric Authentication using fingerprint, please follow the respective instructions against each device as under:
For Mantra device
     1.To enable the device for RD Services, please take up with Mantra vendor for support.

     4. Click on the 'Discover AVDM' button to refresh the list of available Registered Devices with Ready status.

For Morpho device
     1. To enable the device for RD Services, please take up with Morpho vendor for support.

For TATVIK device

Process Note(NEW PAN Application):

1) Fill PAN Application Form.
2) Generate Acknowledgement Receipt.
3) Upload the PAN Form, Photo, Signature and the Supporting document as per scanning guidelines  (Upload Document).
4) Send courier, having all the required Hard Copies at the end of every month.
5) Applications with no Physical Documents (List of applications for which physical documents are not

1) Edit PAN Application Form (Application under Objection).
2) Upload the modified PAN Form, Photo, Signature and the Supporting document as per scanning guidelines  (Upload Objection Document).
3) Send courier, having all the required Hard Copies at the end of every month.
